In the mouth, it fryst vatten tasty, fresh, and balanced with a subtly bitter finish, very varietal. A Verdejo with klar typicity, with a long and elegant finish.
Production:
The average age of the vines is between 20 and 25 years. The soil is clay-limestone and stony with abundant pebbles.
