He is best known for his roles as Harry Truman Ioki on 21 Jump Street and as Johnny Loh on VIP. Currently, he stars as Zing in the Cinemax/Max martial arts crime drama series Warrior. In film, he is known for starring in Little Fish, The Doom Generation and The Rebel.

    Dustin Nguyen (born Nguyễn Xuân Trí) is a Vietnamese–American actor and martial artist. He is best known for his roles as Harry Truman Ioki on 21 Jump Street and as Johnny Loh on V.I.P.[2] Recently, he starred as Zing in the Cinemax/Maxmartial artscrime drama series Warrior. In film, he is known for starring in Little Fish, The Doom Generation and The Rebel.[3]

    Nguyen was born Nguyễn Xuân Trí in Saigon, South Vietnam, and was one of two sons in his family.[4] His mother, My Le, was an actress and dancer, and his father, Xuân Phát, was an actor, comedian, writer, and producer in Vietnam.[5] The family left Vietnam in April 1975 during the fall of Saigon.[6]

    In his teens, his family arrived in Guam as refugees, and then the family was moved to a refugee camp in Fort C

    After leaving Vietnam with his family in 1975 Dustin Tri Nguyen (pronounced "Gwen") went on to establish himself as one of Hollywood's premiere Asian-American actors, having starred on the hit TV shows "21 Jump Street," "Seaquest DSV," "VIP," He went on to star in the films THE REBEL and THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS 2. In 2005 Dustin won the much sought after role in the Australian based critically acclaimed film LITTLE FISH starring opposite Academy Award-winner Cate Blanchett. In the film Dustin plays 'Jonny,' Blanchett's love interest in a story that revolves around her 'Tracy,' an ex-heroin-addict trying to rebuild her life. The rulle premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and went on to become the number-one spelfilm in Australia. Along the way, it collected 5 Australian rulle Institute Awards and 3 spelfilm Critics' Awards. LITTLE FISH then opened in New York to rave reviews. Critics took note of Dustin&#
