Peter "Pete" Browngardt (born August 12, in Sag Harbor, New York) is an American cartoonist, storyboard artist, writer, voice actor, and producer, who is best known for being the creator of Cartoon Network's Uncle Grandpa, in which he also voices the titular character, and its' early spin-off Secret Mountain Fort Awesome (canceled). Browngardt has had prior experience working on shows such as Futurama, Chowder, and two times (along with Max Winston) The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. His main contribution to the Adventure Time series is storyboarding and writing the episode "Wizard". He is also the röst for the Ice Cream King in SpongeBob SquarePants.
Browngardt studied Character Animation at California Institute of the Arts.

Before his days as being known as Uncle Grandpa, Browngardt was a graduate of CalArts.
Browngardt had started his career in on Futurama as a character layout artist and started acting in starting with The Last American. As time went on, he became a writer and storyboard artist, notably for Cartoon Network's Chowder, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and Adventure Time. He then went on to create Secret Mountain Fort Awesome and its spin-off Uncle Grandpa (with him voicing Festro and Dingle in the former and the titular character in the latter).
In the s, he created and developed Warner Bros. Animation-produced Looney Tunes Cartoons and the short-lived Tom and Jerry Special Shorts for HBO Max, also serving as executive producer.
