    Introduction

    Choi Seunghyun, popularly known under his stage name T.O.P, is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, actor, and music producer under TOPSPOT PICTURES.

    He gained fame as one of the rappers of the legendary boy group BIGBANG, which became one of the best-selling groups in Asia and one of the best-selling boy bands in the world.

    In 2010, during BIGBANG's hiatus, T.O.P and G-Dragon formed a duo and released the number-one collaboration album GD & TOP. T.O.P also debuted as a solo artist with two digital singles: "Turn It Up" in 2010 and "Doom Dada" in 2013.

    On June 5, 2017, T.O.P was investigated for using marijuana following a tip from denne Seo Hee. He was transferred to a different police division and suspended from duty while awaiting prosecution.
