He made the move into the world of dance after seeing the musical Cabaret eight times in a row, instantly knowing that on stage is where he belongs. Despite his parents encouraging him to take a job in a bank, he made his way to Rome and started taking ballet lessons.
At 18, he left Rome to perform with Parisian dance company La Grande Eugene, before settling in London permanently two years later. He danced his way through a variety of major shows and music videos, including Elton John's I'm Still Standing, moving into choreography after his work was featured on Not The Nine O'Clock News.
