The Concert of Europe: Great Britain, Austria, and Russia
[Στο άρθρο των R. N. Haas και C. A. Kupchan “Η Νέα Συμφωνία των Δυνάμεων”, που δημοσιεύθηκε στις 23 Μαρτίου 2021 στο περιοδικό utländsk Affairs και επίσης σ’ αυτό το ιστολόγιο – στα αγγλικά στις 20 Απριλίου 2021 και μεταφρασμένο στα ελληνικά στις 8 Μαΐου 2021 -, προτείνεται μια νέα παγκόσμια τάξη η οποία να βασίζεται στο παράδειγμα της “Συμφωνίας της Ευρώπης” του 19ου αιώνα.
Ορισμένες διαφωνίες επί της πρότασης των Haas – Kupchan, μαζί με τη δική τους απάντηση, δημοσιεύθηκαν στις 11 Μαίου 2021 στο ίδιο περιοδικό με τον τίτλο “The Case Against A New Concert of Powers” και αναρτήθηκαν και σ’ αυτό το ιστολόγιο την ήδια ημέρα.
